Accessibility

We want to be straightforward about this: there is a step at the entrance and the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. We are sorry. It is an older building and there is not currently a way around it.

If you or someone in your party has limited mobility, ring us before you come. We will tell you exactly what to expect, reserve a table close to the door, and help however we can on the day.

There is a toilet on the ground floor. Tables can be moved to make more room, and we can seat you away from the busier part of the room if you would prefer somewhere quieter.

Assistance dogs are welcome. Please mention it when you book so we can seat you sensibly.

Menus are marked for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nuts and heat. If you would find a large print menu easier, ask and we will bring one. Staff are happy to read the menu aloud and talk you through it.

We have built this site to be usable with a keyboard and with a screen reader. Text can be enlarged, images have descriptions, and animation is switched off automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.

We have aimed at the WCAG 2.2 AA standard but have not had the site independently audited, so there may be things we have missed.
